Cancellation & Refund

We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact. We would request you to clearly mention the items you wish to return. In case you are partially returning an order, please hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@uchitemart.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: : Mustkil No. 35, Kila No. 2/2/2, Village Sedhola, Faridabad, Haryana, 121101. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write at customercareuchitemart@gmail.com or get in touch with our support team on WhatsApp on 8700455215 within 4 hours of placing the order and we will be happy to assist you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 24 hours of the order delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You must immediately lodge a complaint with uchitemart on Whatsapp number 8700455215 or write to customercareuchitemart@gmail.com . with your Order Id and product photographs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
